We are Capital on a Mission. We redefine the bottom line by contributing to our nonprofit parent company, Enterprise Community Partners, to support affordable housing across the country.
Bellwether Enterprise represents synergy in action, a unique ownership of three strong entities joining forces to create a powerhouse team.
A mission partner in Enterprise, a non-profit corporation that advocates for, creates and develops affordable housing
A key BWE employee ownership group with vested interest in the company
A capital partner in Fifth Third Bank who owns a minority, non-controlling interest in Bellwether Enterprise, supporting the affordable housing mission, providing a strong balance sheet, and expanding our wide variety of CRE lending products to include bridge and construction loans
Affordable Housing Mission
A large portion of our revenue supports our nonprofit parent company, Enterprise Community Partners, Inc., which creates and advocates for affordable housing for low and moderate income families in diverse, thriving communities.
The U.S. is in the midst of a housing insecurity crisis that affects nearly 19 million low and moderate-income families. The crisis touches families who are homeless or pay more than half their monthly income on housing.
