The loan financing was arranged by James Sawyer with Warsaw & Associates and Phil Melton and Cindy Hannon with Bellwether Enterprise via an FHA HUD 221(d)4 loan for $30,298,700. The loan is a fully amortizing 40-year term and a fixed rate structure.
The property site was located in area close to a well-travelled road; a noise study was prepared and cleared all HUD requirements. In addition, the property was designed by the Architect to mitigate any excessive noise.
