Our Process

BWE begins with studying a client’s individualized financing and capital requirements. Complete transaction analysis follows, including detailed underwriting, market data compilation, and ultimately a presentation to our lenders on the financing opportunity. With current knowledge of market conditions, we negotiate with the competitive marketplace to obtain a capital solution that meets a client’s needs, while evaluating the nuances and merits of each proposed deal with them.
