Multiple lending sources offer flexible financing solutions for the acquisition or refinance of multifamily and commercial properties. Loans are generally non-recourse (except for standard carveouts) and range in term from 3 years to in excess of 30 years with interest rates that can be locked at Application. Amortization schedules also vary depending on the characteristics of the loan. Some life companies can offer quick executions (30-45 days) for time-sensitive acquisitions or other transactions.
