BWE's Peak Team operates out of our offices in Phoenix, Arizona and La Jolla, California. Jim Swanson leads our FHA/HUD loan origination, and Charlie Williams leads our loan origination team, capable of arranging financing for all asset types.  Our integrated services include more direct lending resources for our clients.  We offer competitive rates and terms, streamlined underwriting and enhanced loan servicing, and provide a variety of loan products for investment real estate placed through a range of institutional investors.
