Adrian has 40 years of experience and is a nationally recognized leader in the commercial and multifamily real estate industry. He helps supervise Bellwether Enterprise’s production platform and plays an active role in training and implementing new strategic initiatives at the company. Having served on industry boards for multiple organizations, Adrian has extensive relationships throughout the U.S. with borrowers, lenders and mortgage banking companies. 


Prior to Bellwether Enterprise, he spent six years with Cohen Financial as executive vice president, responsible for overseeing the real estate Capital Markets Group. Before Cohen Financial, Adrian spent eight years as senior vice president of the multifamily division at Freddie Mac,  responsible for a portfolio of approximately $110 billion.   Prior to  Freddie Mac,  he was a managing director at AllState Insurance Corporation for three years, responsible for all real estate investments. Prior to his position at AllState, Adrian spent ten years as senior vice president in charge of the commercial mortgage portfolio at New England Mutual Life Insurance Company, now a subsidiary of MetLife.  Additionally, Adrian held positions in the real estate investment divisions at Cigna and Phoenix Home Life.
