Allison Eisendrath

Allison has nearly 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry.  As Director of Agency Structuring, Allison currently manages the nationwide Agency Deal Structure Team and promotes Agency production for Fannie Mae DUS® and Freddie Mac Optigo® conventional and affordable loan products.  She is responsible for the front end analytics team and the preliminary sizing of all potential Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac transactions.

Prior to this, Allison was Transaction Manager for Bellwether Enterprise's West Coast operations.  In this role, she was responsible for loan origination, deal structure, client relationships, interaction with Agency, Life Company, Bank, CMBS and other capital sources, while managing the overall deal process.

Allison is a graduate of University of Southern California and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Finance.
