Andrew Capra

Andrew is a member of the origination team at Bellwether and specializes in sourcing real estate capital and arranging financing for all commercial real estate asset classes with a primary focus on conventional multifamily properties and Manufactured Housing Communities on a national level. Andrew joined the company in 2015 after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Since joining Bellwether, Andrew has helped facilitate over $2.5B worth of transactions spanning all asset classes with various capital partners including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Life Insurance Companies, CMBS & Bridge Lenders.
