Barbara Sullivan

Barbara has been in the commercial real estate industry for more than 25 years and specializes in FHA Insured lending. She has closed more than 300 loans, both multifamily, new construction and refinance and all types of healthcare properties. 

With Government Agency and Developer work experience, Barbara has experience on all sides of our business. Early in her career, she worked for the US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development, and also for Forest City Enterprises, based in Cleveland. 

Prior to joining Bellwether, Barbara held positions at Mellon Mortgage Company, a subsidiary of Mellon Bank, Midland Loan Services/PNC, and Capstone Realty Advisors, a subsidiary of National City Bank/PNC.

Barbara holds a Bachelor Degree, cum laude from Trinity College and a Master’s Degree from University of Pittsburgh.
