Bill Wrench

William “Bill” Wrench II is a Senior Transaction Manager at Bellwether Enterprise.

Prior to joining BWE in 2021, Bill was a principal and Chief Underwriter at Phillips Realty Capital. At Phillips, Bill oversaw the capital markets team and the underwriting of all transactions submitted to investors. He has assisted in the underwriting and closing of over $15 billion in transactions including complex structuring of both debt and equity.

Bill began his career with Phillips in 1998 after 15 years serving as a certified commercial appraiser in Maryland, Virginia and DC. During his career he worked with a self-storage and industrial developer providing extensive experience in property development, property management, financing and leasing.

Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the George Washington University
