Chad Hyland

Chad has 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance. As a Loan Producer, he is responsible for originating commercial real estate loans and focuses on all property types. He began his real estate career on the loan accounting and treasury side, making him well versed in every facet of a loan’s life. He not only takes pride in being knowledgeable about Bellwether’s various loan products, but more importantly being ethical in every regard.

Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, Chad worked with Ameritas Investment Partners, the investment arm of Ameritas Life Insurance Corp.

Chad is a graduate of University of Cincinnati and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
