Chad Williams

Chad Williams is a Senior Originator with expertise in debt placement for all commercial property types with a specialization in Manufactured Housing and Multifamily projects. Chad has originated more than $1.0 Billion in capital placements. As a Senior Originator, he has experience with GSE Lending (FNMA, FHLMC, HUD), Life Insurance Company Placements, Securitized Lending, Bridge Lending, Commercial Banks, Pension Funds, and Equity Investments.

Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, Chad was a Director in the Mortgage Banking division of Berkadia.
