Jeff Chaney

Jeff brings over three decades of experience in commercial real estate finance to BWE's St. Louis office. His local knowledge, industry expertise and long-standing relationships with borrowers, lenders and equity partners run deep in St. Louis and througout the Midwest. Jeff has spent the past 27 years personally placing over $3 billion in permanent loans with Life Insurance Companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, CMBS, various banks and credit unions. In addition to financing multi-family, industrial, retail and office, Jeff also has expertise in financing hotel loans and portfolios.

He began his career in 1994 in the General Bancshares/Boatmen's Bank management trainee program. He moved to Savings of America and later, Germania Bank where he honed his commercial real estate skills. He then spent 5 years as a successful commercial lender at Mercantile Bank before transitioning into commercial mortgage banking.

Jeff is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Missouri.
