Jimmy Harris

Jimmy has more than 10 years of experience in commercial mortgage banking. He began his career in 2006 with Dwyer-Curlett & Co. Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, he was vice president at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital.  

During his career Jimmy has arranged financing for a variety of real estate investors, ranging from publically traded REITs to funds to regional and local developers to high net worth individuals and family trusts. He has extensive experience in the origination, structuring, placement and closing of a number of income-producing property types, including multifamily, industrial, office, medical office, retail, mixed-use, hospitality, marinas, and self-storage. He has executed capital structures that include permanent financing (forward commitments and immediate fundings), construction financing, bridge financing, and mezzanine financing. As a compliment to his expertise in debt financing, he also has experience in structuring joint venture opportunities and preferred equity.

Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from University of San Diego (USD).
