John Sieber

John is an Executive Vice President at Bellwether Enterprise. John focuses on originations, business and investor relations and corporate promotion. Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, John was a principal at Phillips Realty Capital. John began his career with Phillips in 1986 as a project manager with Phillips Development Corp., overseeing the development and re-positioning of multiple retail and office projects. He transferred to Phillips Realty Capital in 1991 and he has originated over $10 billion in commercial real estate transactions during his tenure.

John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin and Marshall College.
