Leldon Elmer

Leldon Elmer has worked at BWE for more than six years and is currently an Assistant Vice President in the role of Transaction Manager. Since joining BWE, Leldon has been directly involved with the underwriting, management, and closing of debt and equity transactions totaling more than $1 billion. Her time at BWE has allowed her to develop and maintain relationships with various capital sources including life insurance companies, commercial banks, conduits, and government agencies, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Leldon has worked on financing for most commercial property types including retail, office, industrial, multifamily, self-storage, hospitality, convenience stores and more.

Prior to joining BWE, Leldon interned with Quicken Loans Mortgage Services in Charlotte, NC, where she assisted loan closers with pipeline management and client requests.

Leldon is a graduate of The University of Georgia, Terry School of Business and holds a B.A. degree in Finance with a minor in Spanish. Leldon resides in the Pawleys Island area where she enjoys spending weekends outdoors, surfing, or with her family.
