Mark Remington

Mark is a Senior Vice President at Bellwether Enterprise. At BWE, Mark structures debt and equity financing for the firm’s clients. Mark has more than 30 years of finance and sales experience working with a variety of client types and capital sources. He specializes in arranging capital for all types of commercial and residential properties, throughout the United States, in all stages of life, for the full capital stack, including common equity, preferred equity, mezzanine financing and debt.

Prior to joining BWE, Mark joined Phillips Realty Capital in 2018 as a principal after 14 years at HFF. Mark was also vice president of capital markets for six years at Cassidy & Pinkard, and before that he was a commercial real estate lender for 14 years.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science from University of California, Davis and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University.
