Matt Terpstra

Matt Terpstra is an Assistant Vice President and Senior Transaction Manager with Bellwether Enterprise. Based in Chicago, Matt has been involved in commercial real estate finance since 2012. His current responsibilities include the sourcing and placement of debt and equity for all types of income producing real estate including industrial, office, retail, multifamily, manufactured housing, self-storage, medical office buildings and hotels.

Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, Matt spent 8 years as Vice President with Cohen Financial.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Concentration in Real Estate & Finance from University of Northern Iowa.
