Mike Guterman

Mike Guterman is a Senior Vice President in Bellwether Enterprises Los Angeles office.  Prior to this, Mike was a co-founder and the Chief Financial Officer of commercial real estate capital financing firm Highland Realty Capital for seventeen years. Mike started his career with Kennedy-Wilson before becoming a Partner at Buchanan Street Partners thru 2005.  He has been responsible for advising, structuring and placing debt and equity capital solutions and has completed over $4B of financings. He holds a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
