Paul Wallace

Paul Wallace joined Bellwether Enterprise as a Senior Originator in 2022.

Paul Wallace is a Senior Vice President at Bellwether where he specializes in providing financing solutions for commercial real estate owners throughout the Mid-Atlantic. With over 19 years of mortgage banking experience, Paul’s primary focus is arranging debt and equity financing for a broad range of income-producing asset types including multifamily, retail, office, medical-office, hospitality, self-storage and industrial properties. Paul has deep Lending relationships though a wide range of capital sources including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Life Companies, Pension Funds, CMBS, Debt Funds and Banks.

Prior to joining BWE in 2022, Paul was a managing director at Berkadia for 7 years in a similar role and started his mortgage banking career at Walker & Dunlop in 2003.

Paul received his bachelor’s degree in English from Washington & Lee University in 2002.
