Ronnie Jewell

Ronnie joined BWE in 2019 and is currently an Vice President focused on loan originations through BWE’s debt and equity programs and relationships including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, Debt Funds and Life Insurance Companies. During his time at BWE, Ronnie has been directly involved in the origination of $2bn in multifamily loan originations. Ronnie had an integral role in facilitating new financing programs with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Life Company relationships serving a purpose of preserving naturally occurring workforce/affordable housing throughout the country, including Freddie Mac’s Social Impact Master Financing Commitment. Ronnie has been active in enhancing the Dallas/Fort Worth community through Social Impact and ESG efforts to improve the lives of lower income tenants around the metroplex.

Prior to joining BWE, Ronnie served in various roles at Arbor Realty Trust involved with the origination, underwriting, processing and closing of $2bn in multifamily transactions.

Ronnie earned dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in both Finance and Venture Management at the University of Oklahoma in 2018.
