Bob Pearson

Bob has 25 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, loan origination and debt restructuring. He has arranged over $1 billion in new debt and equity transactions and has consulted on over $675 million in CMBS loan resolutions, including modifications and discounted payoffs. Bob leverages this depth of experience and understanding of capital structuring to provide a unique, collaborative approach to his clients’ financing needs. Bob was one of the seven founding members when Bellwether was formed in 2008 and started Bellwether’s Resolution Strategies Group in 2010.

Prior to Bellwether, Bob was a Senior Vice President with Capstone Realty Advisors from 2000-2008 and with W. Lyman Case & Company from 1990-2000.

Bob is a graduate of Indiana University and holds an MBA in Finance. He also attended Washington and Lee University, earning a BS in Business Administration.
