Brian Boland

Brian is a Vice President at Bellwether Enterprise and has over 20 years in commercial real estate finance, origination and underwriting.

He served as a Managing Director at Phillips Realty Capital before the company combined businesses with BWE. Since 2001 Brian has underwritten and closed approximately $2 billion of commercial real estate loans across all property types including multifamily, industrial, retail, office, hospitality and ground up construction developments. Previously, he was employed at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their real estate valuation division providing commercial real estate appraisals, market research and financial analysis.

Education

Brian is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute (Virginia Tech) who holds a BA from the Pamplin School of Business and was a member of the VT Soccer Team.
