CJ Trudell

Upon graduating from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Operations Management & Real Estate, CJ embarked on his career journey at BWE Investment Sales based out of our Columbus, Oh office. His academic achievements were notable, earning him the T. Ewing Miller scholarship for exceptional leadership in real estate. During his time in college, he actively engaged in community service through university-sponsored organizations.

Furthermore, CJ expanded his expertise by completing various courses, enhancing his knowledge in areas such as Equity Waterfall Structures, Multifamily Ground-Up Development, and Pro Forma Modeling. He also obtained his Real Estate Salesperson license in the State of Ohio, solidifying his credentials in the field.

Prior to joining BWE Investment Sales, Mr. Trudell amassed a diverse range of experiences. His background includes working with warehouse operations, residential and commercial property electrical wiring, architectural design, metal fabrication engineering, custom home build carpentry, project management, property management, office brokerage, and multifamily valuation analysis. This comprehensive background uniquely positions him to excel in the dynamic realm of real estate.

Outside of his professional life, CJ finds great pleasure in the outdoors, often accompanied by his English Creme Retriever, Chloe. Whether it's basking by the lake during the summer or snowmobiling in the winter, CJ savors nature's beauty in all seasons. Additionally, he is passionate about expanding his skills and is currently learning to play the guitar.
