Professional experience
As an Executive Vice President at BWE, Daniel leads a team of ten professionals in the Southern Florida and Chicago offices and has almost 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He is responsible for the origination and placement of equity and debt structures for development, acquisition, special situation and permanent financing throughout the United States. His clients include REITS, Fund Sponsors, Family Offices and High Net Worth Individuals.
Prior to joining BWE, Daniel served as Managing Director at Cohen Financial for 15 years.
