David Foulk

David is Senior Vice President at Bellwether Enterprise (BWE). At BWE, David works in the Charlottesville, Virginia and Bethesda offices and focuses on debt and equity originations as well as business and investor relations. Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, David was a principal at Phillips Realty Capital. David began his career with Phillips in 2001 after working for J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs in their New York City and London offices. Over his entire career, David has originated over $10 billion in commercial real estate transactions.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU.
