Jerry Atkins

Jerry has 30 years of experience directing real estate capital projects as a mortgage banker, consultant and investor with the following focus:

• Deploy real estate capital through investment, debt, and structured private and public finance.

• Deploy capital across the risk spectrum from opportunistic to core to debt (mezzanine or participation).

• Source, invest, and manage individual and aggregated real estate equity investments in stabilized, value add, development, and land assets.

• Primary investments assets include multi-family, retail, and mixed-use real estate products.

His experience includes working with both commercial and multifamily developers in providing debt and equity solutions to bring capital to real estate investments. Over his career, he has led and assisted in the financing, acquisition, valuation, planning and development of multi-family

residential investments and developments; mixed use urban developments; office and industrial parks; medical, hospital and educational campuses; and single and multiple user commercial headquarter and manufacturing/distribution projects.

Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, Jerry served as president of the Property Advisors Corporation, a Cincinnati-based commercial real estate firm he founded, grew, and later sold.

Jerry is a graduate of University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati OH and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree.
