Jim Swanson

Jim Swanson is an Executive Vice-President with Bellwether Enterprise’s Phoenix, Arizona office, specializing in Multifamily and Healthcare loan structuring and origination. Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, Jim Co-Founded and was President of Paragon Mortgage Corporation, a Phoenix based mortgage company founded in 1987. During Jim’s tenure leading Paragon Mortgage, his team arranged over $3B+ in FHA-insured mortgage loans and built long-standing relationships and friendships with many of his clients which he has been working with since the inception of Paragon. Paragon specialized in FHA Insured Multifamily and Health Care financings.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from University of Minnesota.
