Joseph G. Solomos

Joe is Vice President and member of the loan origination team at Bellwether Enterprise in Kentucky and Southern Indiana.  He is responsible for originating debt on all types of commercial property including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hospitality, self-storage, assisted living, manufactured housing and mixed-use assets.  Since joining BWE in 2017, he has been involved in the origination and underwriting of over $400 million in commercial mortgage transactions. Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, Joe spent 11 years at an international toy company where he was Senior Account Manager, overseeing all aspects of the company's largest accounts, including Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, and Legoland.  While there, he helped increase retail sales by over 300% for one of Disney's major product categories, as well as developing over 80 products that were brought to market.

Joe is a graduate of Indiana University, Kelley School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business.
