Luke started with BWE Investment Sales upon his graduation from the University of Cincinnati’s Real Estate program. He combines his knowledge from the classroom, market expertise, and prior sales experience to be a well rounded commercial real estate advisor for his clients. Acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties in the surrounding Cleveland area has become Luke’s area of focus.
Prior experiences of being mentored by members of the CCIM program has made Luke an effective underwriter who is able to evaluate assets quickly and efficiently. This, alongside his extensive traveling sales background, has provided him the ability to analyze the markets he studies and works in from multiple perspectives.
