Michael Powell

Michael has over 20 years experience in the commercial mortgage/ banking industry and has structured and closed nearly $2 billion of commercial real estate debt transactions all over the country with various capital buckets including agencies , CMBS, debt funds and banks. He has completed financings on multifamily, industrial, office, retail, manufactured housing, hospitality and parking assets. Mr. Powell began his career at First Tennessee Bank where he was SVP for over 10 years. Mr. Powell enjoys playing Basketball and Golf and traveling with his wife and son.
