Otto Kern

Otto has more than 30 years of commercial mortgage banking experience. He is responsible for the origination and placement of commercial mortgage loans, primarily in the Michigan real estate market. As a lifelong resident of southeastern Michigan, Otto has a strong understanding of the dynamics of this market and an experience level necessary to provide Bellwether Enterprise’s clients with the best financing outcomes. Otto has held positions with both commercial banks as well as private commercial mortgage banking operations. He has successfully completed a wide variety of transactional business which provides his clients with the valuable understanding required to solve today’s commercial real estate financing solutions.

Otto is a graduate of Albion College in Albion, MI and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Additionally, Otto holds an MBA from University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit, MI and Northwestern University School of Mortgage Banking in Evanston, IL
