Richard Juergens

Richard “Dick” Juergens is a Senior Originator at Bellwether Enterprise.

Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, Dick was senior managing director at Phillips Realty Capital. Dick joined Phillips in 1978 and lead the mortgage company until 2000, overseeing the company’s development into a larger platform. He continued at Phillips as a principal until 2007 and later as senior managing director. Prior to his time at Phillips, Dick spent three years as the Chicago regional manager for Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Company. Dick’s experience includes service with the National Life of Vermont and the Harris Trust and Savings Bank.

Dick is an active instructor in commercial real estate courses for the School of Mortgage Banking.
