Shreya Patel

Shreya is Assistant Vice President and Transaction Manager at Bellwether Enterprise. Shreya is responsible for developing and maintaining borrower and lender relationships as well as sourcing and underwriting new financing opportunities. During her time at BWE, Shreya has been directly involved in the structuring, underwriting, and closing of debt and equity transactions totaling over $1 billion with various capital sources. In addition to industrial, retail, and office, Shreya has specific expertise with multifamily properties.

Prior to joining Bellwether in 2018, Shreya was a commercial underwriter at Armada Analytics, where she underwrote more than $1 billion of multifamily, student housing, and senior housing loans for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

Shreya holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina.
