Tanner embarked on his journey in MHC investment sales in 2021, joining a boutique firm. His commitment and passion for the industry quickly propelled him into the realm of investment sales with MHP Brokerage from January 2022 to January 2024. During this period, Tanner focused his efforts on manufactured housing communities and RV Parks, solidifying his proficiency in this specialized niche.

Holding a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, Tanner brings a unique perspective to the real estate arena. His educational background enhances his ability to problem solve and overcome obstacles.

He is a licensed real estate professional in Colorado, showcasing his commitment to adhering to industry standards.
