Tom Kenny

Tom Kenny is an Executive Vice President at Bellwether Enterprise.  

Tom began his career in mortgage banking in 1988 as an analyst with The Alison Company in Downtown Los Angeles. He subsequently joined Dwyer-Curlett & Co., in September 1993 and became a partner in the firm in 1996 where he served as Executive Vice President until Dwyer-Curlett & Co., was acquired in November 2012. Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, Tom was Senior Vice President at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital and regional co-manager for Southern California.  

Tom specializes in arranging debt and joint venture equity on office buildings, industrial projects, shopping centers and multifamily projects. He has also secured debt for hotels, self-storage facilities and manufactured housing developments. Tom has consistently been a top producer in the industry and has personally been involved in over $5 billion worth of debt, equity and investment sales transactions during his 30 plus year career.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, majoring in finance from Santa Clara University.
