Will Oldham

Will has been active in commercial real estate finance since 2013. As Vice President, Will’s role includes building and maintaining borrower and lender relationships as well as originating new financing opportunities. Since 2013, Will has assisted with and closed debt transactions totaling more than $1 billion with various capital sources including life insurance companies, commercial banks, conduits and government agencies including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Will focuses on financing for all commercial property types including multifamily, office, retail, industrial and self-storage.

Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, Will served as an Analyst with Capital Advisors where he was responsible for all underwriting and production support in the Charlotte office. Will is an avid golfer and played professionally for 3 years prior to his transition to commercial real estate.

Will is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute (Virginia Tech) and holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree.
