BWE Investment Sales, LLC (BWEIS), an affiliate of Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital LLC (BWE), announced today that Parker Kelly has been hired as Vice President specializing in Manufactured Housing. He will be based in Atlanta, GA, and will lead this asset class nationally.

Before joining BWE Investment Sales, Kelly was Vice President in the Manufactured Housing Division of Marcus and Millichap. He received the MMI Sales Recognition Award in 2022 and 2021, the National Achievement Award in 2021 and the 7 Figure Club in 2022. Kelly has closed over $600 million in total sales volume in the last three years.
