Andy is a Senior Vice President at Bellwether Enterprise with over six years of experience in commercial real estate investments in multiple capacities. Andy’s expertise includes building and maintaining borrower and lender relationships as well as sourcing and underwriting new financing opportunities. Andy and the Columbus Bellwether team offer customized financing solutions through best-in-class capital markets platform including life insurance companies, commercial banks, debt funds, conduits and government agencies including Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and FHA. Their team provides financing on behalf of customers for various property types including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, self-storage, MHC, retail, and parking facilities.

Prior to joining Bellwether, Andy spent the last six years of his career at JLL in Columbus, OH in their brokerage services platform where he was consistently a top producer. While at JLL, Andy specialized as an office tenant representative working with organizations across the country on leasing and purchasing decisions within their office portfolios.
