OUR VISION
Our vision is to see more people of diverse backgrounds in our offices and among our executives. BWE employees feel they are supported through mentorship and strong upward mobility. As a result, we’ve not only increased the number of women and minorities within our workforce, we’ve created the BWE Foundation to ensure the next generation of CRE industry employees come from a wide variety of backgrounds and ethnicities.
