Arash Kouhi

Arash Kouhi is a Vice President with Bellwether Enterprise’s Phoenix office. With over 20 years of finance experience, Arash has an extensive background for originating debt and equity investments in Multi Family, Industrial, Office and Storage. As an Originator, he has experience with GSE Lending (FNMA, FHLMC, HUD), Life Insurance Company Placements, Securitized Lending, Bridge Lending, Commercial Banks, and Equity Investments. Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, Arash was a Director in the Mortgage Banking division of Berkadia. A native of Santa Cruz, California, Arash moved to Arizona in 2016 with his wife and two children.

Arash is a graduate of University of California, San Diego and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
