Bernie Avondet

Bernie has over 20 years of experience in treasury management and commercial real estate. As the current Director of Servicing Operations, Bernie oversees a team of 26 highly experienced individuals covering all operational areas such as Cash Management, Investor Remitting and Reporting, Escrow Management, Insurance, and Loan Onboarding.

Prior to joining Bellwether, Bernie spent over 17 years at KeyBank specializing in Treasury Management and Real Estate Finance. During his tenure at the Bank, he managed a national team of treasury management advisors and client management specialists supporting KeyBank’s vast Real Estate Portfolio.

Bernie received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University and is a proud veteran of the United States Army.
