Brandon Kosek

Serving as Vice President, Brandon Kosek specializes in the disposition of institutional and private investments for BWE Investment Sales. During the course of his career he has successfully managed over $650 million in investment sales and financing transactions nationwide. Brandon brings both principal and brokerage experience to BWE Investment Sales, having worked for one of the nation’s largest multifamily developers while previously brokering deals for the nation’s largest institutions, developers, REITS, and high-net worth individuals. Given his background, Brandon and the rest of the multifamily team are able to provide an experience to their clients that ensures their investment goals and expectations are routinely exceeded.

Prior to joining BWE Investment Sales, Brandon worked at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services helping in the expansion of the multifamily investment sales platform. Before that he was employed at The NRP Group, a best-in-class national multifamily developer specializing in luxury and affordable apartment communities. While there, Brandon worked in Investments, spearheading transactions and broker relationships across the United States. He has extensive experience in sourcing deals, underwriting, contract negotiation and due diligence management. Because of this resume, he provides a unique perspective to clients having lived both sides of the commercial real estate sector as a principal and a broker.

Brandon is a graduate of Cleveland State University and holds a B.A. degree, summa cum laude, in Government and Political Science
