Chris Dyson

As a senior vice president and manager of the Birmingham, AL production office, Chris’ daily responsibilities include managing a loan production team that generates annual volume more than $250,000,000.  While his office’s production is heavily concentrated in Birmingham and the surrounding region, the group conducts business with clients on a national basis. Chris has been actively engaged in financing income properties since entering the mortgage banking industry in 1987, when he graduated from Auburn University with an MBA. He also holds a bachelor of science degree in finance from Auburn. 

Education

Chris remains active with Auburn University, having served 4 terms on Auburn’s Harbert College of Business MBA Advisory Board.  He was named to the Birmingham Business Journal’s Class of 2000 “Top 40 under 40” for civic and business leadership.

Affiliations

Chris’ professional affiliations include the Mortgage Bankers’ Association, National Manufactured Housing Institute and membership in numerous state and regional real estate related trade associations.  He is a past editorial board member of Southeast Real Estate Business Magazine.
