Emily Cosgrove

In June 2021, Emily Cosgrove embarked on a new chapter in her professional journey when she joined the dynamic marketing team at BWE. Her initial role involved close collaboration with the Investment Sales team, where she gained valuable insights into the real estate industry. This immersive experience paved the way for Emily's transition to the BWEIS team in February 2022. As part of this shift, Emily relocated from the bustling Dallas market to the serene surroundings of San Antonio, where she currently works remotely in the vibrant Alamo City.

Within the BWEIS organization, Emily takes on a multifaceted role as a Marketing Associate and Graphic Designer within the esteemed Deal Support Team. Her primary responsibilities encompass crafting captivating marketing packages for prospective and newly listed properties, producing both print and digital marketing materials, contributing to website development, and creating engaging social media and email graphics for a diverse range of multifamily transactions.

Emily's academics lead her to St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design, complemented by a Minor in Business Advertising and Marketing. This educational foundation equips her with the creative and strategic acumen essential for her role at BWE.

Beyond her professional life, Emily finds fulfillment in various personal pursuits. She has an innate passion for exploring new destinations and often seeks adventure through travel. Her love for the great outdoors is evident in her fondness for spending quality time with her loyal companion, Winnie, a majestic Great Pyrenees. In the spirit of camaraderie, Emily enjoys participating in sand volleyball games with her circle of friends, embracing the active and social aspects of life. Emily is a volunteer at the Dallas Theater Guild and Austin Street Shelter.
