Eric McGlynn

Eric has 20 years of experience in raising debt and equity capital across the US, with the majority of that time being based in South Florida and the last five years in Portland, Oregon. Eric has arranged more than $7B of debt and equity encompassing over 57,000 residential units and 17 million square feet of commercial space.

Eric has a particular focus on structured finance transactions involving multiple tranches of capital for development/construction, bridge and portfolio acquisitions/recaps. He is experienced with development/construction financing for both horizontal and vertical projects, involving single and multi-phase developments. Mr. McGlynn has financed a wide variety of property types including multifamily, build-for-rent, office, retail, industrial, hotel, condominium development, conversion and deconversion, large tract mixed-use development, RV parks, golf and timeshare/fractional.

Eric grew up in Westport, Connecticut and attended college at Babson College (’02) in Massachusetts. He currently lives outside of Portland, Oregon with his wife and 3-year-old son.
