Eric Riedmaier

Eric Riedmaier is an Assistant Vice President in the Cleveland Office with 4+ years of experience in multifamily and commercial real estate finance. Eric leads Bellwether Enterprise’s Central/Midwest Agency Analytics team and is responsible for loan origination, deal structuring, and lender relationships.

Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, Eric worked in investment wealth management at AllianceBernstein.

Eric is a graduate of Cleveland State University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. Additionally, Eric holds a Bachelor of Health Administration degree from Ohio University.
