Greg Solomos

Greg is the head of loan production and manager of the Kentucky operation for Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital where he manages a team of four experienced producers. He has been in the commercial real estate mortgage banking business since 1983, and has originated over $3 billion of commercial real estate transactions throughout the country for various life insurance companies, pension funds, and Wall Street-based capital market firms.  

Greg has structured equity, debt and joint venture transactions for various Corporations, Universities, and Private Equity firms. He is experienced in all property types, including office, retail, multifamily, industrial, hotels, golf courses, marinas, self-storage, and senior housing.
