In October 2023, Jessica became an integral part of the BWE Investment Sales (BWEIS) team, operating remotely from the vibrant city of Los Angeles, CA. Her expertise lies in the intricate realms of financial underwriting and property valuations, specifically within the domain of affordable housing. Jessica plays a pivotal role in offering comprehensive valuation and disposition strategies for complex Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) transactions, ensuring that each endeavor is meticulously planned and executed.

Before her tenure with BWEIS, Jessica served as the Vice President of Valuations at Wentwood Capital Advisors. In this capacity, she held a lead role in the financial underwriting of acquisitions and dispositions, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to her new role. With an impressive 12-year track record in the LIHTC space, Jessica possesses a deep understanding of acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, property management, and tax implication strategies. Her seasoned expertise has become a cornerstone in navigating the complexities of affordable housing initiatives.

Jessica's academic background further solidifies her prowess in the field. She earned her education from the prestigious University of Texas, graduating with a B.A. in economics and a minor in business. This foundational knowledge has served as a springboard for her successful career, enabling her to approach financial intricacies with a nuanced perspective.
