Before her tenure with BWEIS, Jessica served as the Vice President of Valuations at Wentwood Capital Advisors. In this capacity, she held a lead role in the financial underwriting of acquisitions and dispositions, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to her new role. With an impressive 12-year track record in the LIHTC space, Jessica possesses a deep understanding of acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, property management, and tax implication strategies.
