Kevin Hicks

Kevin has over 25 years’ experience in the commercial mortgage banking industry.  He served as Managing Director at Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage and predecessors before the company was acquired by Bellwether Enterprise.  Kevin has structured and closed nearly $5 billion of commercial real estate debt transactions all over the country with various capital buckets including life insurance companies, agency, CMBS, debt funds and banks.  He has completed financings on multifamily, industrial, office, retail, manufactured housing, hospitality and parking assets.  Additionally, he has negotiated discounted payoffs and debt restructurings.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University.
